Project management. Upgrade CRM system, Improve processes
The Learning Trust’s MIS Team were driving efficiencies as part of a strategic transformational change programme. The client engaged us to project manage and deliver improved processes and CRM systems. Engaged with stakeholders to understand requirements; undertook ethnographic study to highlight process improvements; developed and approved the case for change to upgrade their CRM system. We successfully upgraded the CRM system creating efficiencies by delivering improving internal data management processes, SLAs with third parties and producing procedural documents and providing training.
Strategy. Improve Data Management, Increase Customer Engagement
The National Autistic Society initiated a programme to improve their digital marketing strategy following user feedback. We were engaged to develop a strategy to improve their customer relationship management processes and systems. We facilitated customer engagement strategy workshops with business and technology teams; developed programme of activity to deliver strategy outputs; presented the case for change; we delivered analysis for the current CRM solution and defined the future state – a 3yr programme to deliver CRM solution. We successfully delivered an agreed strategy which delivered significantly better data management and increased customer engagement.
